Please note that packing flowers in water is done only when purchased under the special AQUA label. All flowers purchased under the standard label are packed dry, therefore we will not be able to accept claims for these goods, and they will be at your responsibility.

Flowers are transported in warm vehicles

Please note that we recommend transporting the following cut flowers in warm vehicles together with plants (approximately 15°C):

•    Anthurium
•    Heliconia
•    Paphiopedilum
•    Phalaenopsis
•    Cymbidium
•    Orchid
•    Strelitzia
•    Vanda

Alternatively, insulating packaging should be used.
