Please note that packaging flowers in water is only done when purchased under the special label AQUA. Any flowers purchased under the regular label are packaged dry, and therefore we will not be able to accept claims for these items; they will be your responsibility.

Flowers to be Shipped in Warm Trucks

Please note that we recommend the following cut flowers to be shipped in warm trucks together with plants (approx. 15°C):

•    Anthurium
•    Heliconia
•    Paphiopedilum
•    Phalaenopsis
•    Cymbidium
•    Orchid
•    Strelitzia
•    Vanda

If transportation in a warm vehicle is not possible, insulated packaging must be used. However, it should be noted that it does not provide a 100% guarantee that the flowers will arrive in good condition. Therefore, we will not be able to accept a claim if such flowers arrive damaged when transported in a cold vehicle.
 
Claims

Please note that we accept claims no later than 10 days after the purchase but not after than 24 hours after receipt of goods.
